Working with customers and coordinating and scheduling customer events
Schedule and host Customers' visits.
Assisting with updating customer brochures and presentation.
Responsible for unique projects such as assisting in the updating of organizational brochures, marketing information such as videos, and support in generating presentations.
Act as a point of contact for internal and field project management teams for EEC Si demonstrations and customer visits.
Duties include communicating dates and managing schedules with a variety of customer contacts.
Manage visits, including scheduling conference rooms, arranging meal requirements, coordinating tours, communicating details events and attractions, and greeting customers and internal teams.
This team conducts first responders and public safety customer presentations of the communications equipment and mission-critical solutions for the Sales teams.
The position entails aspects of facility management as well.
Other duties can and will be assigned as necessary to fulfill the customer experience requirement.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience working with customers and coordinating and scheduling customer events
This is a customer facing role and requires good communication skills and professional appearance.
Prior experience in a direct customer interfacing role is required.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a solid ability to communicate both verbally and written.
Must be fluent with Google products, nice-to-have Microsoft product knowledge, and possess overall strong computer skills.
Must be reliable and flexible to assume and complete a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Friendly and welcoming, professional appearance and attitude, experience interacting with customers face to face and need to have intermediate level computer skills, proactive
Attention to Detail, Multitasking Abilities.
Experience preparing presentation and presenting.
Graphic design skills.

Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
