HR Operations has an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated professional to support the HR Employment Administration Team's I-9 verification process.
THE HREA Team is responsible for managing most federal, state, local compliances for restaurant and corporate employees across the US.
The HR Operations coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional verbal / written client support, transactional report preparation, administrative responsibilities of third party software, resolution of data feed exceptions, and workload balancing.
This position will interact directly with Field Human Resource partners, Legal, Operations, and Employees.
Provide client support in high call volume phone setting
Review approximately 200 employee records daily for accuracy
Prepare weekly statistical reports for assigned process tower.
Administration responsibilities for third party software; resolve data feed exceptions
Assist other team members as needed
Qualifications : High School Diploma.
Bachelor degree preferred
Strong customer service mindset.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills; high proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proven ability to get results in a fast paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude and supporting organization decisions
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines, often simultaneously
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Prior Call Center, HR and / or Payroll experience preferred; Spanish fluency a plus
Availability during business hours of 8am -5 pm M-F

Technical Certification Bonus : Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
