Seeking an attorney with experience in a commercial practice representing businesses (litigation or transactional)
General Contractors; Sub-Contractors; Developers; Business Owners (from medium-size businesses to publicly traded companies)
Working directly with the Contractors, Developers and Business Owners who are Building America.
Working alongside Law's experts, many of whom are Board Certified attorneys and hold advanced LLM degrees, our Certified and Registered Paralegals, and others who hold advanced professional credentials.
Qualifications :
J.D. from an American Bar Association accredited law school
Top 20% of graduating class
Law Review, Moot Court, Trial Team, internships or other academic activities beyond standard classes is a plus
1 years as a commercial attorney representing businesses
Strong business acumen
Excellent writing and analytical skills
Involvement in law school extracurriculars (law review, moot court, trial team, etc.)
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
Adaptive thinking and a strong, critical mindset
Forward-thinking and adaptable to dynamic situations
Self-sufficient with strong day-to-day management skills
Consistently positive and upbeat attitude
Experienced billing attorney is a plus
Extensive legal expertise and a deep understanding of business operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial law, including areas such as construction, corporate / business, employment, real estate, and tax law.
