Description :
Responsible for scheduling Maintenance & Reliability tasks for Production equipment on site.
Responsible for review and assignment of spare parts needed for specific maintenance tasks.
Must be an SME of the site's CMMS planning module
Responsible for site Maintenance on time completion KPIs.
Work with managers effectively to execute the policies and goals of the organization.
Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, and equipment.
Recommend improvements and desirable modifications in methods, procedures, processes, equipment and layout.
Manage vendors and consultants to ensure that contracts contain appropriate technical specifications are delivered as required to meet specified preventative maintenance routines.
Interface with users, peers, and management to ensure appropriate input and integration of local and corporate standards.
Participate on cross-functional teams, who address specific problems, facilitate discussion and research, enabling procedures to become more efficient, and to build and enhance interdepartmental relationships.
Requirements :
Maintenance Planning and scheduling experience a must have - no minimum experience requirement.
College Degree must have - Engineering preferred
CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Knowledge is a must (SAP preferred)
Schedule : Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4 PM (1 hour break; flexible start / end times)

Technical Certification Bonus : Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
