Job Description
The Power Distribution Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient distribution of electrical power throughout the facility. They will design, install, and maintain power distribution systems, including switchgear, motor controls, and power systems protective relaying.
Responsibilities
- Design and install power distribution systems
- Maintain existing power distribution systems
- Troubleshoot electrical system issues
- Develop and implement procedures for safe work practices
Qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Excellent knowledge of AC & DC drives and drive systems
- Solid background in PLC's integrated DCS systems and networking
- Experience with Allen Bradley, Reliance, Foxboro Honeywell equipment
- Solid working knowledge in Microsoft applications and Honeywell TDC3000 is preferred
