Job Description
- Maintain electronic files of controlled procedures, ensuring proper revision levels and required training are up-to-date
- Ensure all documents meet documented requirements
- Proficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Track Calibrated instruments
- Maintain procedures
- Ensure all calibrations for the facility are completed
- Verify that all calibration certificates meet documented requirements
- Maintain continuous production by ensuring no measurement devices are expired
- Maintain records of all calibration activities and certificates in Calibration software
- Issue calibrated instruments to employees as needed
- Aid Quality team as needed- final inspections, scan and file paperwork, rename docs to ensure proper organization
- Support the Quality team in implementing and monitoring quality processes
- Process documents in the ERP system to ensure vendors receive payment for completed services.
- Completed High School (Diploma or GED)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail, able to follow the documented procedures
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible with learning new skills
- Highly organized & ability to manage multiple small tasks efficientlys
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and checking documents for completeness
