- Handle all aspects of workers' comp litigation, including drafting, research, hearings, and depositions
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Manage cases and meet deadlines
- 0-7 years of litigation experience (workers' comp preferred)
- Strong writing, research, and case management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Active Florida Bar license required
