Responsibilities :
- We are seeking a full-time Certified Payroll / Compliance Specialist to work in person at our Long Beach office.
- The role primarily entails the upkeep of certified payroll records and labor compliance documents.
- In addition, the role involves the collection and reporting of all certified payroll information and offering support for various labor compliance functions when required.
- Maintain and review certified payroll records
- Able to analyze and locate payroll errors and notify need of correction
- Monitor labor compliance emails and identify urgent issues
- Ability to verify how prevailing wage is determined per the Department of Industrial Relations
- Assist with overall needs regarding labor compliance
