Can you describe your experience with prevailing wage compliance on public works projects? Specifically, what processes have you used to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Have you prepared and submitted certified payroll reports (CPRs) using platforms such as DIR eCPRs, LCP Tracker, or similar systems? What challenges have you encountered, and how did you overcome them?
What experience do you have managing apprenticeship programs or working with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and Project Stabilization Agreements (PSAs)? How have you applied this experience in past roles?
