Key Responsibilities :
- We are looking for a team-oriented, personable, and self-driven individual to join our Grand Rapids office as a Project Coordinator / Architect.
- In this role, you will ensure project tasks are executed accurately and on schedule, managing multiple small and medium-sized projects with minimal supervision.
- This position primarily involves developing construction documents but also includes code reviews, building audits, client meetings, and other aspects of project management.
- Independently manage multiple projects of varying sizes.
- Collaborate with the Project Principal or Senior Manager to meet project goals.
- Define project requirements, budgets, and schedules, ensuring profitability using office-standard software and reporting tools.
- Oversee construction administration, including contracts, observation visits, shop drawing reviews, processing applications for payment, bulletins, change orders, and project close-outs.
- Lead business development for both new and existing clients while maintaining client relationships in the Midwest region.
