What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scrum Master position at Synectics?
We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our growing team and support our federal customer in Washington, DC. The Scrum Master will use Azure DevOps Boards and related tools to help facilitate agile processes. The work is to be performed onsite in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct and schedule all SCRUM ceremonies and schedule all agile-related meetings.
- Train team members as needed on agile processes, methods, and tasks.
- Maintain the backlogs for various projects and facilitate backlog grooming.
- Maintain agile artifacts in Azure DevOps and ensure that all tracking is current.
- Track progress towards project delivery goals and provide leadership with high-level summaries of project progress.
