Project Manager

Description

Project Manager (“PM”) will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of various project deliverables aligned to project scope, timeline, project plans, and launch activities. The PM will be the point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders in managing approvals, and other project elements to ensure a successful product launch. The PM will be a subject matter expert regarding new project activations and driving meetings by developing agendas, tracking action items, and managing project risk.

Program Management:

Full Program management across all of Alnylam’s collaborators, partners, agencies, third parties, as well as internal cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Strategic planning support and additional activities as a result of the evolving competitive landscape; include external and/or internal engagement activities as a result of a specific market need
• Creation and maintenance of team charter, RACI, integrated launch plan via Microsoft Project (MSP)
• Generate Gantt visuals for Dashboard, frequency to be determined
• Risk Management oversight throughout the duration of launch planning and execution
• Scheduling, attendance and preparation for leading/co-leading and covering
• Weekly Base Team status meetings
• Monthly Core Team Planning meetings
• Quarterly Strategic Partner / Extended Launch Team meetings
• Agenda development, drafting and sharing of meeting minutes, actions and decisions; and follow through of action item(s) to closure
• Creation and maintenance of slides and timeline visuals, etc. for each meeting and coordinate with other partners/agencies to obtain presentation slides ahead of time for each relevant meeting
• Maintain team and project information in a central location via Microsoft Teams
• Provide support for the following workstreams:
• Service Provider Consulting Team
• CRM Reporting
• Triage communication
• Work with Marketing on Sustainability Assets (model)
• Field Sales/IC
• Sustainable LIKMEZ Materials
• Trade Shows
• G&M Health/Transparency Reporting
• On-site travel as needed but not to exceed 10-15%. See pass-through costs regarding travel fees.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
