Job Summary :
GSW is looking for an experienced Technology Lead to facilitate our technology initiatives within the Los Angles, California office. This leadership role involves overseeing technology and platform strategy, directing technological solutions, and managing developers both within the agency and collaborating with our shared production studio. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharma advertising and a deep understanding of the technologies that drive our clients' web and omnichannel content.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership :
Develop and implement forward-thinking technology strategies that align with client objectives and agency goals.
Coordinate with offshore and onshore development teams to ensure alignment and productivity.
Serve as the technical liaison for clients, translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language.
Collaborate closely with Account Management, Project Management, Creative, Strategy, and IT teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Oversee all phases of project development, including requirements gathering, architecture design, development, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Pharma Platforms & Compliance :
Extensive experience with Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault, including PromoMats.
Proficiency in Wordpress, specifically in administration, development and content management.
Strong knowledge of the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
Top-level understanding of omnichannel content delivery, personalization, and customer journey mapping.
Familiarity with WPEngine, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform services.
Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Tableau.
Familiarity with ChatGPT or other similar LLMs is a requirement
Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Willingness to travel occasionally if working remotely.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions / bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
