Immediate Day Shift Building Engineer job in Grand Blanc!
Hours: 6am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
Commercial/Industrial Equipment knowledge is a must!
Job :
- Monitor facility conditions to ensure a safe, secure, and well
-maintained environment.
- Troubleshoot power systems, HVAC controls, and mechanical systems.
- Perform general and preventive maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, and vendor coordination.
- Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.
- Operate and maintain forklifts.
Requirements
- 5 years of commercial property maintenance experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of MEP systems.
- Prior experience in a commercial/industrial environment.
- Ability to use a computerized work order system and Microsoft software.
