Director of Quality

Our client in East Butler, PA is searching for a Director of Quality to join their staff.Job Description : - Responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality, performance, and customer satisfaction- Instill company's core values of Safety, Quality, and Delivery across all departments- Quality Management System Development and Sustainment- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the quality of transparent armor and architectural glass products- Supervise the ISO application process and handle (re)certification activities- Manage the quality process and integrate it effectively with Production by using Dozuki software- Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and tests to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications- Assist in answering NCRs using root cause analysis - Develop and maintain a supplier quality management program - Provide strong leadership to the quality assurance team- Review employee performance and provide information for personnel file as needed- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field - Engineering, Quality Management- At least 5 years of experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems, including audit management- Must have experience with FAI, Faro arm, and PPAP- Must have experience with previous ISO audits and completed successfully- Ability to project manage long term projects and see them through from start to finish- Strong knowledge with Microsoft Office, particularly MS Project and QMS Software- Proficient in quality tools / techniques including statistical analysis and process control- Strong leadership abilities and comfortable managing staff- Background in government contracts and controlled manufacturing#ZRPB
