As the Office Admin, you will play a critical role in preparing technical reports for our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, managing front desk operations while also supporting our engineers in transforming field and lab data into well-organized, easy-to-understand reports.
Key Responsibilities:
**Prepare detailed technical reports by compiling and interpreting information from field reports, lab data, and engineers.
**Create and format documents using Microsoft Word, including the use of headings, subheadings, table of contents, cover pages, page numbers, headers, footers, and more.
**Design tables, charts, and graphs in Excel and integrate them into Word documents.
**Ensure all reports are free from grammatical and spelling errors, as attention to detail is crucial.
**Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues, both in writing and during phone screenings.
**Adapt information from technical sources into language that is clear and understandable for non-experts.
**Maintain a high standard of organization, ensuring that all documents are complete and well-structured from the start.
Qualifications:
**1-4 years of experience in an office admin or related role within a fast-paced, professional services environment (e.g., law office, contracting, restaurant, engineering, manufacturing).
