Summary : An established HVAC service company is looking for an Account Manager to work out of there Tampa, FL office. This company provides full-service installation, maintenance, and repairs for commercial HVAC systems. Responsibilities :
- Develop proposals aligned with the project's technical needs and specifications.
- Offer solutions and designs tailored to the customer's needs.
- Coordinate and prepare bid documentation, ensuring all estimates are accurate.
- Generate sales opportunities, qualify leads, and conduct outreach to potential clients.
- Estimate costs, submit bids, present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts at profitable margins.
- Conduct cold calls to identify and engage potential new clients.
- Sell to both executive-level decision-makers and technical buyers.Qualifications :
- 4 years of commercial HVAC experience with relative knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.Preferred :
- Prior experience in HVAC-related field work is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
