Inside Sales RepresentativeEssential Duties & Responsibilities : (may perform any or all of the following duties)*Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients*Once a client is developed, this position will assist with the transition to the corresponding territory Sales Rep.
- Responsible for cost containment and savings in all areas*Maintains accurate records of all pricings, products etc.*Creates and conducts proposal presentations and pricing responses*Support and contribute to vendor / customer shows*Analyzes customer activity to determine trends and opportunities *May work with clients or potential clients on product development*Coordinates with Purchasing on ingredients for new developments for clients*Other duties as assignedQualifications / Competencies*Strong organizational skills*Solid customer service skills*Self starter - fully capable of assuming the responsibility of assisting and developing existing accounts as well as building relationships with new and potential clients *Excellent written and oral communication skills*Computer literate*A proven ability to promote and sell goods, services, and concepts.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. (in case of limited travel) This position may attend up to 2 trade shows per year (all travel expenses covered by company).
