- Answer incoming calls from current and prospective customers.
- Processing orders.
- Providing invoice information.
- Providing tracking information.
- Assist outside sales reps with specific customer needs.
- Answer customer emails quickly and accurately.
- Data Entry.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor"s Degree or Associates Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.
- 2 experience in Sales Administration, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience with Microsoft programs.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
