What are the responsibilities and job description for the Internal Sales Support Admin position at Synerfac Technical Staffing?
The ideal candidate will be the liaison among all Company Sales Departments. They will respond to requests and resolve problems among other essential tasks utilizing inter-company BAAN software program.
- Responsible for customer invoicing- including rental, sales, lump sum, credits among others.
- Assist in accomplishing any request and / or solve any issues concerning customers and various depts.
- Provide administrative support and feedback to the Sales Dept. regarding customer accounts such as invoicing, inventory and trucking reports among others.
- Entry of new customer / orders as well as update and maintain various excel files.
- Work closely with various depts. to ensure company and customer needs are met.
- Any other duties assigned by the Internal Sales support Manager.
- 2-4 years of related experience.
- Associate Degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Strong Communication skills
- Proficient Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Customer Service skills are a plus.
