Internal Sales Support Admin

The ideal candidate will be the liaison among all Company Sales Departments. They will respond to requests and resolve problems among other essential tasks utilizing inter-company BAAN software program.

  • Responsible for customer invoicing- including rental, sales, lump sum, credits among others.
  • Assist in accomplishing any request and / or solve any issues concerning customers and various depts.
  • Provide administrative support and feedback to the Sales Dept. regarding customer accounts such as

invoicing, inventory and trucking reports among others.

  • Entry of new customer / orders as well as update and maintain various excel files.
  • Work closely with various depts. to ensure company and customer needs are met.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Internal Sales support Manager.

    • Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Associate Degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proficient Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Customer Service skills are a plus.
