- The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for handling mainly building envelope maintenance needs and property upkeep for about 20 commercial and light industrial sites in the Richmond area.Responsibilities : - Visit customer buildings for regular check-ins and general upkeep.- Lighting maintenance (bulb replacement).- Exterior painting.- Gutter maintenance.- Fire system checks.- Light Plumbing.- Light Electrical.Requirements : - 4 years of commercial property maintenance experience.- Prior experience servicing multiple properties preferred.- Skilled trades schooling preferred.- Ability to complete maintenance work independently.- Basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge#ZRBC
