- Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings and events
- Maintaining and organizing office files, records, and documents
- Assisting with invoicing, billing, and other basic accounting tasks
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment
- Performing general clerical duties, such as data entry and photocopying
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a secretarial/administrative role
- Marine industry experience is a plus
