Our client in the Harmony Area is seeking an Office Administrator to join the team!Duties : - Expense and Inventory Accounts Payable entry - including reconciliation.- Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications.- Notify customers upon receipt of material.- Manage and store all paperwork in designated files. - Assist Customer Service Dept- Document contract review on the customer PO- Accurately enter sales order and material processing orders into AS400 / Metalware- Production record material process orders and / or confirm accuracy of production recordingExperience : - High School Diploma or GED- 2 years of previous experience in an office environment.- Proficient in Excel / Word / Outlook- Proficient in AS400 / Metalware. (Preferred but not required)
