--Responsibilities: Our client is seeking an experienced candidate to start in the Production Manager role. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production for your department. This person will need to address any issues with production, including broken machines and equipment, in real-time and ensure production goals are met consistently and in accordance with quality standards. This person will work in an automation and controls heavy environment and will need good knowledge of those processes
You will be responsible for hiring and scheduling for all shifts within department, meeting safety standards, budgeting and managing of all department.
--Requirements:
--5 years in Production Manager, Supervisor or similar role
--Hands-on mechanical machine maintenance experience
--Experience with overseeing and scheduling production staff
--Experience with automation, controls, PLC equipment
