Our Client is a Mebane-based international manufacturing company looking for a Veteran Quality manager to lead their new US production site. This role will need strong experience and a proven background in Quality Management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable building a QMS and working in a client-facing role. Job Responsibilities - - Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and industry standards.- Ensure quality integration during the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, from design through full production.- Oversee the preparation and submission of PPAP documentation, ensuring customer compliance and timely part approvals.- Monitor production processes, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions for quality assurance.- Investigate quality issues, resolve complaints, and analyze data to drive continuous improvement.- Lead employee training on quality control procedures and promote a culture of accountability and quality excellence.- Develop and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality management.Job Requirements : - Bachelor"s degree or relevant experience in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.- Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.- Experience with PPAP documentation and customer compliance requirements.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.- Experience developing and improving QMS Systems.
