Residential Electrical Estimator
Location : near Baltimore, Maryland
Schedule :
Monday to Friday 7 : 00 AM
3 : 30 PM
unlimited overtime opportunities available
Job Overview : Our client is seeking experienced, self
motivated, and driven Residential Electrical Estimator to join their field team around Baltimore, Maryland. All candidates must have a journeyman / masters electrician license in Maryland and 5
7 years of hands
on experience with residential construction. Skills include reading & interpreting blueprints, strong understanding of local electrical codes, high attention to detail, project management, customer service, and preparation of electrical estimates.
Key :
Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to provide accurate electrical estimates
Meet with clients to discuss project scope, goals, and specifications
Prepare cost estimates based on labor, materials, and other project requirements
Analyze labor costs, overhead, and material prices to ensure competitive and profitable estimates
Collaborate with the project management team to track project timelines and budgets
Provide detailed reports and documentation for all projects
Ensure all estimates comply with local building codes and safety regulations
Job :
Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Maryland (required)
Proven experience as an electrical estimator in the residential sector
Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, local building codes, and safety regulations
Motivated and driven with a focus on production and efficiency
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
Represents company in professional manner with excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver"s license with clean & safe driving record
All candidates must pass standard background & drug test
