Synerfac is seeking a Marketing Specialist for our client in Alexandria, VA. Our client is an established planning and design firm focused on providing high quality planning, programming, architecture, and design related services to public, institutional, corporate, and Federal clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the planning, architecture, and design fields, with specific experience in engaging with Federal government clients and agencies. This role will be pivotal in promoting our client's services, enhancing brand visibility, and driving business development initiatives.

Key :

• Understand the firm's competencies, past experiences, and strengths.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services to government entities.
• Create compelling content for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the government sector.
• Approaching relevant Federal staff directly to solicit the firm"s services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and agencies.
• Organize and attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Manage social media channels and website content to increase online engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, planning, architecture, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the planning, architecture, engineering, or construction sectors.
• Demonstrated experience working with government clients and understanding their procurement processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems and social media platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
