As an Architectural & Interior Designer Specialist at Iboy Construction Services , you'll be integral to translating our clients' visions into reality. Working closely with our project managers and construction teams, you will design spaces that reflect our clients' lifestyles, preferences, and budgets, all while adhering to Iboy's high standards of quality. This role requires bilingual communication skills, proficiency in design software, and a strong understanding of residential remodeling trends and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and construction teams to develop design concepts that align with project goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Conduct in-home consultations to discuss project scope, design preferences, and budget requirements.
  • Provide personalized showroom consultations and source and select finish materials for our clients.
  • Create detailed design plans and presentations using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Chief Architect, 2020 Software, etc.).
  • Stay current on design trends, materials, and sustainable practices to incorporate innovative approaches into project solutions.
  • Oversee the design process from initial concept through project completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide bilingual (English and Spanish) support to enhance client communication and team collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in architectural or interior design.
  • 5-8 years in residential architectural or interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential remodeling projects.
  • Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Chief Architect, 2020 Software, or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, residential remodeling, and custom design for both interior and exterior spaces.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • NCIDQ, 2020, or similar certifications are a plus.

  • Full-Time Position
  • Competitive salary at $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience.
