Responsibilities : This position will work for Inside Sales Coordinator doing :
- Work with Aftermarket with placing orders, checking stock levels
- Enter Sales orders
- Communicate / Report to / with Hine Corporate Offices when needed
- Send out quotes with emails, follow up on quotes.
- Sales Team support for completing quotes.
- Other documentation as customer needs.
- Research for technical parts for pricing and vendors. This position will work for our Business Development Manager
- Assisting follow up of new products for us to sell.
- Follow up on quotes with suppliers .
- Follow up on Customer agreements and enter pricing into ERP system. Required Skills
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- Experience or knowledge of ERP, customer portals entry.
- Able to communicate professionally with all levels of employees and with the corporate office
- Basic computer skills Word, Excel (pivot table exp. and v lookup a plus)
- Teamwork
- Flexible to quickly changing demands.
- Organized with details.
