Our client in Erie, PA is searching for a 2nd Shift Welding Supervisor at their facility.Job Description : - Supervise all welders on 2nd shift- Ensure all welding procedures and practices are followed- Manage all welding department projects to make sure they are completed accurately and on time- Utilize variety of welding techniques including MIG, TIG, flux core & stick- Responsible for daily direction of employee's activities- Training & development of new employees as required- At least 5 years of welding experience including MIG, TIG, flux core & stick- 2 or more years of welding supervisory experience is preferred- Must be able to read and evaluate welding specification and codes- Basic computer skills are required
