Our client in Erie, PA is searching for a 2nd Shift Welding Supervisor at their facility.
Job Description :
- Supervise all welders on 2nd shift
- Ensure all welding procedures and practices are followed
- Manage all welding department projects to make sure they are completed accurately and on time
- Utilize variety of welding techniques including MIG, TIG, flux core & stick
- Responsible for daily direction of employee's activities
- Training & development of new employees as required
