- Safety and Cleanliness : Maintain a constantly safe, clean, and orderly work site.
- Compliance : Ensure all aspects of the project comply with all contractual terms and obtain all required inspections.
- Documentation : Document project progress daily.
- Leadership : Provide leadership and establish / maintain good working relationships with customers and subcontractors.
