- Oversee parts receiving, shipping, inventory management, and supplier orders to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive parts sales through dealer partners, including setting sales goals and implementing marketing initiatives.
- Provide direction for Field Service and National Service Support, including training and service document management.
- Manage warranty claims processing, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Lead team meetings and collaborate with dealers to integrate efforts across departments.
