Job Description :
- Responsible for planning and managing manufacturing floor, manufacturing engineering, materials & safety / environmental engineering
- Manages manufacturing managers of Molding & Stamping, Purchasing, Warehouse, Manufacturing Engineering, and Customer Service / Planning
- Establish and implement manufacturing policies, controls, and procedures for efficient and quality manufacturing
- Contribute to achievement of sales objectives
- Prepare and assist with annual budgets for all departments; responsible for profit and loss of divisions overseeing
- Maintain material & parts inventories
- Meets and exceeds all TQM measurements as agreed upon
