What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Control Panel Assembler position at Synerfac?
Position Responsibilities :
Layout and create physical control box features by, drilling, tapping, and hole punching as schematics illustrate.
Assemble complete control panel boxes including installing relays, circuit breakers, HMIs, plugs, switches, solenoids, wire ways, din rails, terminal blocks / strips, grounding points, etc. by following electrical schematics, drawings, and other related documentation
Conduct functionality and continuity tests of electrical assemblies as required
Promptly report material shortages and schematic / BOM issues
Perform plant maintenance activities within the scope of capabilities
Job Requirements
Role Qualifications :
Must have a minimum of high school education, a Technical School certificate in an electrical discipline is highly desired
Must have solid knowledge and understanding of electricity and electro-mechanical components
2-4 years" experience assembling electrical control panels and boxes is required
Familiarity and understanding of NFPA70 NEC electrical standards
Essential Skills and Experience :
Ability to read, understand, and follow electrical schematics and engineering drawings
Working knowledge of pneumatic and electrical assemblies
Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
