Job Requirements:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial maintenance, knowledge of robotic spray painting and vacuum metalizing, and PLC experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain quality and production by performing routine maintenance tasks
- Reduce rejects and ensure customer satisfaction by handling processing adjustments regarding robotics, programming, paint setting, and metalizing
- Conduct product performance testing and perform preventative maintenance
- Monitor coating operations (painting and vacuum metalizing) to ensure quality parts
- Supervise production lines while troubleshooting and ensuring minimal rejects
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Knowledge of robotic spray painting and vacuum metalizing preferred
- PLC experience
- Welding experience (MIG, TIG OR Stick)
- Experience fabricating or repairing machine components
- Familiarity with industrial electrical circuits (480V 3 phase)
- Familiarity with industrial pneumatics and hydraulics
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
