Job Description :
The current opening is for a Facilities Maintenance Manager, responsible for all facets of the building and the grounds. This person will have a team of technicians reporting to them, and have strong technical aptitude coupled with superior leadership and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have previous direct hands on experience with mechanical, electrical, and HVAC components. They will also have experience in a manufacturing environment, both providing general maintenance and oversight of the facility.

Do note, this is a direct hire position, and you will be the lead on all maintenance projects throughout the manufacturing facility and distribution facility.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements :
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment serving in progressive technical roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Preferred : Bachelor"s degree in engineering, management, business, or a technical degree in a related field. Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) a plus.
- Must have advanced mechanical and electrical systems knowledge and skills, including knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems and the applicable codes for these systems.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present information and respond to questions from all levels of employees including managers, engineers, technicians, and production employees, as well as vendors and contractors.
- Must possess a high level of equipment troubleshooting skills and problem solving abilities.
- Must possess project management capabilities and experience managing capital projects. Preferred : Proficient in project management tools such as Gantt Charts.
- CAD experience a plus.
- Ability to apply the basic concepts of algebra and geometry.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
