Immediate Opening for a Facilities Operations Supervisor in Lansing!

Pay : Up to $36 / hr

Schedule - Sunday to Thursday, hours may vary depending on shift needs. Flexibility needed.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise Tradesmen, Electrician, Millwright, Machine Repair, Pipefitter & Truck Repair
  • Vendor Manager for OEM and outside service coordination
  • Supervise housekeeping services.
  • Experience with Team cleaning.
  • Collaborate with Operations Team for Maintenance, Repair, and Machine upgrades to maximize life cycle of critical equipment.
  • Reach safety goals.

Job Requirements

Requirements :

  • Bachelor"s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Maintenance Field
  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience required
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to provide timely reports
  • Knowledge of facility systems including MEP, BAS, and housekeeping.
