A well established company is looking to add an HVAC sales estimator to their team! HVAC sales engineers typically have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include :
- Providing installation and maintenance services for equipment, such as furnaces, air conditioners, humidifiers, dehumidifiers and ventilation systems
- Developing proposals to meet clients" needs, often working with architects or engineers to design custom solutions that meet building codes and satisfy regulations
- Recommending energy efficient products, such as programmable thermostats or solar panels, that can reduce clients" operating costs while maintaining comfort levels
- Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and requirements, then preparing proposals that meet their requirements and specifications
- Consulting with clients throughout the purchasing process, from initial consultation to final installation
- Creating proposals for new projects or services, detailing all costs associated with the project
- Assisting with the design and construction of new buildings by providing HVAC systems that are compatible with the structure's layout and materials used in construction
- Evaluating existing HVAC systems to determine whether repairs are needed or if the system should be replaced entirely
- Work directly with HVAC technicians and mechanics to ensure the highest level of customer service and quality
