What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics/Warehouse Specialist position at Synerfac?
We are seeking a warehouse / logistics specialist in Irwin, PA
Detailed Duties & Responsibilities :
- Packing parcel packages for safe transit and arrival at our customers locations
- Package and Band LTL and TL Freight shipments for safe transit to our customers
- Load trucks for shipments to our customers
- Perform receiving functions including unloading trucks and incoming inspection of shipments for accuracy (both part and quantity)
- Use ERP System to verify shipments against Purchase Orders
- Maintain inventory of shipping supplies
- Order shipping supplies as needed
- Monitor emails for new orders, system shipments, direct shipments, order updates, shipment notifications including tracking, and other needs to support the business
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Other tasks as assigned by the Plant Manager
