Responsibilities:
- Performing Routine Equipment Checks: Regularly inspect equipment to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operations.
- Monitoring Key Performance Indicators: Accurately record important data to monitor equipment performance and maintain high-quality standards.
- Responding to Urgent Maintenance Requests: Swiftly respond to maintenance requests to minimize disruptions to production.
- Repairing Machinery Promptly: Effectively troubleshoot and repair machinery in a timely manner to meet production demands.
- Assisting in Employee Onboarding: Share knowledge and expertise to help new employees learn correct machinery operation.
Requirements:
- Excellent Troubleshooting Ability: Proficient in PLCs, inverter drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearing, chains, and belting, conveying systems, valves, basic blueprint reading, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Proven Electrical Experience: Two years of experience in the electrical field is essential for this role.
