Night Shift Production Supervisor
A leading company in structural foam molding and injection molding seeks a night shift production supervisor to join their team. As a production supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating production activities, training operators and tenders, identifying material, and mentoring the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production activities
- Train operators and tenders on required production tasks
- Identify material and follow job-specific requirements per customer
- Mentor and lead the team in a positive manner
- Oversee production systems and report performance
Requirements
- Industrial manufacturing supervisor experience required
- Knowledge working with different types of plastics and machines
- Mechanical expertise with Milacron build machines preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
