Pharmacy / Dispensing Technician :
Responsible for operating blending machinery and keeping accurate batch record documents.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Measure and weigh, solids, liquids, etc. based on batch cards independently as well as with a team environment.
- Stand / walk for most of the work shift.
- Perform job duties that require constant attention to manufacturing and batch record process.
- Periodically push / pull containers weighing up to 500 pounds and lift containers up to 50 pounds.
- Verify labels with batch manufacturing records
- Must be able to document dispensing process as per SOP
- Report abnormal conditions to the manager regarding equipment / product
