Production ManagerThe Production Manager will manage production activities to ensure efficient and profitable operations. They will provide work direction and supervision to production supervisors and production employees.Responsibilities : - Manage daily operational activities of supervisors and production staff to ensure customer orders are received, scheduled, and produced- Analyze operations and key metrics to ensure that the facility maintains high quality and safety standards- Ensure that all regulations and company policies are understood and followed by supervisors and production employees- Monitor inventory levels for supplies and equipment and initiate or approve purchases as appropriate- Prepare reports and records for management review- Follow all GMPs and work in a manner consistent with all company regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirementsJob RequirementsRequirements : - HS Diploma is required; Undergraduate degree in related field is preferred - 5-8 years of experience is a Food / Beverage manufacturing environment (Dairy experience is preferred)- Strong leadership skills; Previous experience managing production employees- Familiar with Quality and Safety; Knowledge of continuous improvement models
