Quality Engineer / Senior Quality Engineer Responsibilities :
Develops inspection and test plans and leads process improvement initiatives.
Manages and oversees product verification and ensures compliance with contract specifications throughout the production and procurement process.
Collaborates with Operations / Engineering personnel to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Generates regular and ad-hoc reports on departmental activities, including schedules, rejected items, throughput yield, and cost of quality.
Recognizes and comprehends the quality requirements outlined in customer contracts, specifications, and expectations.
Implements corrective actions for deficient processes and verifies the effectiveness of corrective / preventive measures.
Job Requirements
Quality Engineer / Senior Quality Engineer Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience as a quality engineer required
- Bachelors in engineering or business related field required
- Must be a US Citizen
