Job Description: The community coordinator is responsible for day-to-day operations at the coworking space. Main job responsibility is to cultivate a professional, productive and welcoming environment. The community coordinator will provide support to members, engage with the community and help membership growth and retention.
Description of Company: SynerG is a coworking space that provides affordable flexible workspaces with modern amenities to the entrepreneurs of South Bay. It will foster knowledge exchange, networking opportunities, with a concentration on community building.
Start Date: Sept. 1st
Working Hours: 10 am to 4pm Monday through Thursday
Job Duties:
● Welcoming members and visitors alike
● Receive incoming calls and direct appropriately
● Scheduling spaces and events
● Working with community members to partner for member benefits
● Maintaining common space amenities
● Keeping technology in good working order, from the copier to the WiFi
● Managing memberships
● Managing mail and delivering packages, event orders, and more
● Scheduling tours with prospective new members
● Introducing and contracting everything from potential members on joining the space to third-party event
space usage
● Setting up and breaking down events
● Monitoring and posting on Social Media sites
● Billing through co- working software
● Maintaining overall cleanliness
