Salary : $60,000 plus commission opportunity based on performance

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our growing Client Services team. The CSR will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities through outbound activities, prospecting, and engaging with potential clients. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment and wants to develop a career in sales.

To succeed in this role as a Client Services Representative, you must be able to...

  • Prospect & Generate Leads : Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers using various tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM software, etc.).
  • Conduct Outbound Outreach : Conduct high-volume cold calls and personalized email campaigns to engage potential customers and generate interest for Client Services Team.
  • Qualify Leads : Understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients to qualify leads and determine if they align with our product or service offerings.
  • Set Appointments : Schedule meetings for the Client Services team by effectively communicating the value proposition to prospects.
  • Manage Pipelines : Maintain and update accurate records of all interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate : Work closely with the Client Services and Marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
  • Continuously Learn : Stay up to date on industry trends, market developments, and competitive positioning

  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in sales, business development, or a similar role is a plus
