TITLE : Manager, Asset Management Technology LOCATION : Hybrid Role in Atlanta, GA POSITION TYPE : Direct Hire Manager, GAS Asset Technology Responsibilities : Apply leadership and strategic thinking to diverse opportunities and challenges, acting as a strategic partner across all facets of the organization. Partner with business leaders and align technology resources and strategies to meet current and future business needs. Develop and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap for Construction and Gas Operations. Drive innovation and leverage technology to transform business operations and create value. Establish strong relationships with leadership across the organization, as well as with external vendors and suppliers. Design scalable technology solutions that balance standardization and customization. Manage a $1M-$5M annual technology budget and oversee a project portfolio valued at $15M-$20M. Lead a team of approximately 14 IT professionals and 46 contractors across various locations. Hire, develop, reward, and retain a diverse and high-performing technology team. Enforce technology and business policies, practices, and processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. Act as a change agent by anticipating and adapting to future technology and industry needs. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and engagement. Manager, GAS Asset Technology Requirements : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (advanced degree preferred). At least 10 years of IT experience, with 5 years managing medium-to-large cross-functional teams. Extensive knowledge of application development principles and technology integration strategies. Strong understanding of utility business functions and the role of technology in enabling value. Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment. Comprehensive understanding of environment management, System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and ITIL practices. Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies. Manager, GAS Asset Technology Preferred Experience : Knowledge of architectural diagrams, integration patterns, and emerging technology trends. Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and implement innovative technology solutions. Exceptional relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Strong leadership abilities, including talent development and delegation. Outstanding communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
