We are seeking a highly skilled IT White Glove Support Specialist to provide top-tier technical support at our NYC office, where our senior executives are based. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, personalized IT support to the CEO and senior executives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Set up and configure devices, including laptops, mobile phones, and tablets.
- Ensure seamless operation of video conferencing and presentation systems.
- Manage and support office IT infrastructure, including printers, network devices, and security systems.
- Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the broader IT team to implement and support new technologies.
- Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
